Q: HOW IS THE ASSOCIATION MANAGED?
A: The community is governed by an elected board of directors who operate based on the by-laws and covenants approved by Florida's Secretary of State.


Q: HOW OFTEN DOES THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEET?
A: The Board meets on the first Thursday each month at 7 PM in the Wesley Chapel at 2075 Meadowlane Avenue, West Melbourne.


Q: IS THERE AN ANNUAL MEETING FOR ELECTIONS?
A: Yes. Annual meetings are held on the first Tuesday of February at a time and place announced at least a month in advance. The annual session replaces the normal February monthly session.


Q: HOW CAN I GET A NEW GATE "CLICKER"?
A: Send an email with your name, address, and phone number to be added to the directory and the remote code from the back of your clicker to President@fallsatsheridan.com


Q: HOW DO I ACTIVATE A NEW GATE "CLICKER" OR GET MY NAME LISTED ON THE GATE DIRECTORY?
A: Report new gate clickers and their code (printed on the back of the unit) to Dean Hughes at 984-7055

A: You can download one here, just click on ARC Application form


Q: HOW CAN I REPORT A STREET LIGHT THAT IS OUT?

Q: CAN I SUBMIT MATERIAL FOR THE COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER?
A: Absolutely!  Just send an e-mail to the Editor


Q: WHAT IS THE PDF FORMAT THAT VARIOUS DOWNLOADABLE FILES ARE IN AND WHY IS IT USED?
